By immersing the chain in molten zinc liquid, a thick and firmly adhered zinc-iron alloy protective layer is formed. The zinc layer provides excellent sacrificial anode protection, and even if there are slight scratches on the surface, zinc will corrode first, thereby protecting the internal steel. Galvanized chains have a bright silver appearance and an extremely long rust prevention cycle.
